If within 6 months after the earlier of the expiration or termination of this Agreement, the
Target is sold to any purchaser procured by the Brokers prior to such expiration or termination and listed in the Annex, the Principal shall pay to the Brokers jointly the Brokerage Fee as set forth in Clause 3.

In einem gegengezeichneten Annex vom 3. Februar 2006 wird ein möglicher
Interessent genannt.
