2. Purchasers Procured by the Brokers
The purchasers procured by the Brokers to the Principal for the Target during the term
of this agreement shall be listed from time to time in an Annex hereto signed by the
parties.

3. Brokerage Fee
3.1. The Principal shall pay to the Brokers jointly a brokerage fee (the "Brokerage Fee")
of 1% of the total purchase price agreed upon by the Principal and the purchaser (…).
