in allen Sprachfassungen uneinheitliche Begriffe für das kantonale Anwaltsregister verwendet werden. Während Art. 5 BGFA das 'kantonale Anwaltsregister'
('Registre cantonal des avocats'; 'Registro cantonale degli avvocati') zum Gegenstand hat, ist – bspw. in Art. 6 Abs. 4 BGFA – mal von der 'Eintragung ins kantonale Register' ('Le iscrizioni nel registro cantonale', aber: 'les inscriptions au registre
cantonal des avocats') die Rede, mal wird – wie in Art. 8 Abs. 2 BGFA – lediglich
die Bezeichnung 'Register' ('registre'; 'registro') verwendet.
