"Any disputes arising from and related to this Agreement shall be settled by
all Parties through friendly negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved
through friendly negotiations within ninety (90) days, any Party may submit
such dispute for arbitration in accordance with arbitration rules of EU and
Switzerland. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on all Parties."
