The arbitration shall proceed in accordance with the Procedural Rules of Arbitration of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law ("UNCITRAL"). The Obergericht des Kantons Zürich shall be the appointing authority. If there is any conflict between
such rules and this Article, the provisions of this Article shall prevail. The
