dispute arises between or among any of the Parties or their respective Affiliates, the aggrieved Party shall notify the other Party or Parties in writing of
such dispute, and these Parties shall attempt in the first instance to resolve
the dispute by negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30)
days after such written notice, then any of the Parties may refer the dispute
to arbitration in Zürich, Switzerland. The arbitration shall proceed in accordance with the Procedural Rules of Arbitration of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law ("UNCITRAL").
