2. Auf das Schiedsverfahren gelangt das Bundesgesetz über das Internationale Privatrecht vom 18. Dezember 1987 (IPRG, SR 291) zur Anwendung,
zumal kein entsprechender Ausschluss von dessen 12. Kapital vereinbart
wurde (Art. 176 Abs. 1 und 2 IPRG; vgl. dazu act. 3/1 Rz 10 und Rz 14 f.,
insb. Rz 15. "The arbitral proceedings are subject to the following procedural
rules: (a) the mandatory provisions of the PILA; (b) the Swiss Rules; (c) the
Procedural Rules; and (d) any additional procedural rules which the Parties
have agreed on or which, failing such agreement, the Tribunal has ordered.").
