"In the unlikely event that a dispute arises in interpretation or implementation
of this contract, which cannot be settled through amicable negotiations, the
parties shall bring such matter to competent arbitration in Switzerland, and
Swiss law will govern over the said arbitration. […]"

Von Hand wurde die Klausel dahingehend ergänzt, dass es sich um
"competent arbitration in 'Zürich', Switzerland", handle (act. 5/1).
