2. Im Weiteren ist zu beachten, dass sich der Vertrag vom 16. Februar 2010
aus folgenden Bestandteilen zusammensetzt (act. 2/1 S. 2):

1 to 6
Part II - The Special Conditions - Section B
(iii) Part I - The General Conditions
(iv) Technical Specification
(v) List of Works and detailed Prices
(vi) Technical Clarifications"

Gemäss ausdrücklicher Regelung im Vertrag soll im Fall von Widersprüchen das
Dokument mit der tieferen Nummer vorgehen (act. 2/1 S. 2 unten).
