be entitled to refer the matter or to be
finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the
Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more
arbitrators appointed in accordance with those
Rules, or by arbitration in accordance with such
other rules as are specified in Part II.
