Verteidigung ist insoweit zuzustimmen (OG GD 9/5/4 Ziff. 139). Es ist aber ein starkes Indiz
dafür. Dieses Indiz wird durch eine weitere Chat-Korrespondenz noch verstärkt. Bereits am
28. Mai 2012 schrieb die Beschuldigte an AF.________, "[…] I am ready to give you another
2 dollars of discount, so 112 as a final price‚ but my commission will be 2 dollars per ton"
(D 25/2/5/5-6). Wenige Minuten danach antwortete AF.________, "Okay! I will tell Mr
AE.________ your new discount price and commission for June. […]" (D 25/2/5/6).
