11.2 Should the disputes, discrepancies or claim be not settled within sixty (60)
calendar days from the date of receipt of the written claim or proposition
to settle the dispute and/or discrepancy, such disputes, discrepancies or
claims shall be transferred for the settlement to the Court of Arbitration
M.________, J.________ for consideration by the same to be settled
in accordance with its Regulations in force as of the date when the
application for the dispute resolution is submitted.
