"Reference is made to the enclosed SPA, by which D.________ GmbH committed to buy
an additional 2.5 % of the participation in N.________ AG from A.________ AG for a
purchase price of CHF 4.25 million by end of July 2019 (see Article 8).

We suggest July 12th 2019 as closing date for this transaction. Please kindly confirm if this
