"The Parties intend to continue this path of de-escalation. However, at this point in time any
and all rights of [A.________ AG] and [Q.________ AG] against any Party to this Agreement
(and/or third parties) in connection with the Investments and/or otherwise remain reserved
and nothing in this agreement shall be construed as a waiver of any rights, entitlements or
claims of [A.________ AG] or [Q.________ AG]."
