Any notification to a Party or the Company arising as a result of this Agreement will only be
effective if made in writing and (i) delivered by hand or (ii) sent by post or e-mail requiring
acknowledgement of receipt or by courier using internationally recognised courier company,
in each case to the appropriate persons, to the addresses stipulated above.

10 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by Swiss
Law. The parties shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Zug."
