7 NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES

Neither Party makes any representation or warranty of any kind to the other party,
expressly or implied.

8 COMMITMENT TO BUY AN ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION

The Buyer commits to buy from the Seller an additional participation of 2.5% in the Company at a purchase price of CHF 4.25 million latest by end of July 2019.
