executed by E.________ LLC, A.________ Ltd, and B.________ Ltd on December 18, 2006
(the <Agreement>) and other actions harming E.________ LLC" tatsächlich ergibt, dass die
Beklagte offenbar auch Schadenersatz aufgrund "anderer Handlungen" der Kläger zu ihrem
Nachteil ("other actions harming E.________ LLC") und nicht nur aus Vertragsverletzung
geltend machen will.
