(21) Dr. A.________ agrees to pay for any and all expenses incurred by Ms. D.________s
travel, on Dr. A.________'s behalf, unless, in accordance with Section 17 of this Agreement, Ms. D.________ is supporting Dr. A.________, in which Ms. D.________ will pay for
such expenses at her sole discretion.
