(15) Ms. D.________ further agrees she shall refrain from making any disparaging remarks
about Dr. A.________, and shall hold any confidential information disclosed to her from Dr.
A.________ as confidentiality in perpetuity.

(16) Dr. A.________ further agrees he shall refrain from making any disparaging remarks
about Ms. D.________, and shall hold any confidential information disclosed to him from
Ms. D.________ as confidentiality in perpetuity.
