for year 2015, Dr. A.________ also agrees to pay a separate
amount of fifty-six thousand (56,000.00) Euros for all rent incurred from the use of the three
properties from May through December 2015. This rent payment shall be reported and declared rental income in I.________ LLC's 2015 German and United States of America tax
returns.

(6) Dr. A.________ further agrees that during his lifetime, or at the latest upon his death,
the three properties owned by I.________ LLC, shall be transferred to M.________.
