Mitgliedschaftsanteile im Austausch gegen G.________-Aktien in die G.________ einbringen
würden ("SECTION 3.1 Contribution. On the IPO [initial public offering] Effective Date, the
I.________ LLC Members shall contribute their I.________ LLC membership interests to
