7.5.2.2 Die Rolle des Ausschusses wird einerseits in den einzelnen Award-Mitteilungen, andererseits
im SIP selbst definiert. Die Award-Mitteilungen enthalten dazu folgenden Textabschnitt
(act. 1/20 und 1/22-26):

"The Committee may amend this Award to carry out the terms of the Plan, provided the
amendment is not materially adverse to you, without your consent. No provision of this
Award may be amended or waived without a writing executed by J.________'s Chairman.
The [Plan's administrative committee]'s construction and interpretation of this Award and the
Plan shall be final and conclusive."
