Besides the missing presentation of the
results of question 4, such an additional, necessary clarification
question was missing in the IfD survey. Therefore, in so far, the
determination of the public’s perception was incomplete and no
statement can be made as to how much the degree of
distinctiveness would have been increased by question 4 and an
additional clarification question.
