26 Secondly, instead of the easily comprehensible and precise wording
« indication of … » (« Hinweis auf … » / « renvoie-t-elle à … » / un
rinvio a … ») of the IPI Guidelines (…), the wording « assign to »
(« ordne zu » / « j’attribue » / « attribuisco ») was chose, ehich
seems to be very restrictive. (…) Yet, this would not have increased
the results for distinctiveness but might have possibly had the
opposite effect – to what extent remains unclear.
