20 Unlike the question on distinctiveness, it is not at all common
practice to rotate the answer options of the wawreness question (…)
and, to my knowledge, has never been required by any court or
office so far. This is due to the fact that awareness questions are
usually rather short, so that normally the order of the answer options
cannot have any influence, as well as due to the fact that it would be
rather strage and unusual for the respondents if they were firstly
asked whether they do not know the sign in question or,
subsequently, whether they know it.
