the coloured design, this is not in line with the subject of the resent legal dispute, which is about the shpae of the chocolate bar in question. If the topic had been the shape / form, then no colouring should have been used and careful translations should have been done with the same wording in all three languages in order to have the same set-up everywhere. Nevertheless, the results shown separately for the three language regions in the IfD report indicate that the different wording in the three languages did not lead to significantly differing results here.
