« Although the evidentiary order asks for two survey on the two different
shapes mentioned above, for cost reasons, I would like to suggest to start
with one survey only because if the results were (very) high it could be
assumed that the results for the other shape would be not much different
(unless e.g. sale shares were very different). On the other hand, if the
results were very low, it could be assumed that the ones for the other
shape would not be much different either for the same reasons. And if the
results were around e.g. 50% the survey for the other sign could still be
conducted.
