outcome. As to causation, her conditions are the sole
result of the cosmetic facial surgery. There is no basis for
any other causal factors and Ms. X.________ does not
display any features of Malingering, which is always a
consideration in a forensic setting. I did not find this to be
a factor for Ms. X.________, who has cooperated with
treatment and continues to seek remedies for her
conditions. Her conditions are the direct result of the
cosmetic facial surgery, which she would not have
