7) to limit the utilization of the transmitted technologies to the
first 10 year term agreed upon between F.________ SA and
W.________ SA, and to the subsequent 5 year terms, if the
F.________ SA-W.________ SA agreement is not terminated after
10 years.

and equipment provided by F.________ SA.
