5) to keep confidential all technologies, manufacture secrets and
other documents provided by F.________ SA, which remain its
property, not to communicate them to third parties and not to
utilize these technologies for purposes other than
manufacturing of calibres, watches and assembly parts;

6) to prevent pirating of transmitted know-how or counterfeiting
of manufactured calibres.
