3) not to sell any calibre or assembly part, directly or indirectly,
outside of the Popular Republic of China, otherwise than
through Y.________, Hong Kong, to F.________ SA or any other
company designated to Y.________ by F.________ SA;

4) to maintain in a good working state all machines and
equipment put to disposal of C.________ by F.________ SA;
