In view of implementing the co-operation I had the pleasure to
establish between C.________ and F.________ SA, [...], Switzerland,
there are a number of conditions, under which C.________ is
authorized to manufacture watch movements and assembly parts.
These conditions are listed hereafter, C.________ having to bind itself
to the following :

1) to utilize the calibres it will manufacture for the production of
watches exclusively;

2) to execute purchase orders placed by F.________ SA in priority,
in particular with regard to your domestic market;
