75. En relation avec la connaissance de la substance dopante, la jurisprudence du Tribunal
Arbitral du Sport (ci-après : TAS) précise : « One cannot manufacture a substance without
knowing the substance that they are manufacturing. The same requirement of knowledge
must be present when extracting, transforming or preparing a prohibited substance. What
distinguishes any purchase of a substance from one that is prohibited by the definition is
knowledge as to what the substance is that one is buying.
