a. Das Spital Linth eröffnete Mitte des Jahres 2017 eine Praxis für Sportmedizin und
Physiotherapie in Rapperswil-Jona (Praxis am Bühlpark). Diese Praxis ist betrieblicher
Teil des Spitals Linth. Per 1. September 2017 übernahm das Spital Linth die
Hausarztpraxis B.__ von Dr. med. A.__ in Uznach. Die Arztpraxis B.__ AG wird als
Tochtergesellschaft in Form einer Aktiengesellschaft geführt und ist nicht in die
Organisation des Spitals Linth eingegliedert. Z.__ ist in Jona als Physiotherapeut tätig.
