from the Netherlands to Switzerland" (Dossier 1/2 bekl.act. 2) über die wesentlichen
Bedingungen und Grundlagen seiner neuen Anstellung in der Schweiz orientiert. Darin
findet sich im zweiten Absatz unter der Überschrift "Compensation &
Benefits" (Vergütung & Leistungen) folgender Satz: "You are eligible to participate in
the D Bonus Program, with an incentive opportunity equal to 20% of your Annual Base
Salary, subject to the terms and conditions of the D Bonus Program".
