      "Text": "Art. 132 StPO (SR 312.0). Amtliche Verteidigung in Bagatellfällen. Der Beschwerdeführer wurde wegen diverser kleinerer Straftaten festgenommen und neun Tage in Untersuchungshaft gehalten. Zu Verfahrensbeginn wünschte er den Beizug des Pikett-Verteidigers. In der Folge war strittig, ob darüber hinaus ein Anspruch auf amtliche Verteidigung besteht. Die Anklagekammer verneinte dies mit der Begründung, es liege weder ein Fall der notwendigen Verteidigung vor (insb. weil die Untersuchungshaft weniger als zehn Tage dauerte) noch biete das Strafverfahren besondere rechtliche oder tatsächliche Schwierigkeiten. Es handle sich in der Sache um einen blossen Bagatellfall (Anklagekammer, 29. Juni 2016, AK.2016.176)."
