      "Text": "Art. 211 Abs. 1 StPO (SR 312.0). Entpixelung von Fotos bei Internetfahndungen zulässig; anonyme Beschwerdeerhebung dagegen ausnahmsweise möglich. Eine Person wurde bei Ausschreitungen anlässlich eines Fussballspiels von der Polizei fotografiert. Da nichtöffentliche Fahndungsmittel erfolglos blieben, leitete die Staatsanwaltschaft unter Anwendung des Dreistufenmodells eine Internetfahndung mit der Publikation anfänglich verpixelter Bilder ein. Ein anonymer Beschwerdeführer liess gegen die anstehende Entpixelung durch seinen Rechtsanwalt Beschwerde erheben. Die anonyme Beschwerde war in der konkreten Konstellation ausnahmsweise zulässig, wobei sich auch die geplante Entpixelung als rechtmässig erwies (Anklagekammer, 3. November 2015, AK.2015.275)."
