      "Text": "Art. 77 PatG (SR 232.14). Die Eintragung des Patents in das Register hat die Rechtsvermutung zur Folge, dass das Patent gültig sei. Wer die Nichtigkeit geltend machen will, muss die sie begründenden Tatsachen behaupten und beweisen, wobei im Massnahmeverfahren Glaubhaftmachen genügt, und zwar auch bei europäischen Patenten (Handelsgericht, 12.
