Im Sinne der Verhandlungsmaxime ist insbesondere der Nachweis des Standes der Technik Sache der Parteien, weshalb eine nachträgliche Eingabe nicht zuzulassen ist, mit welcher u.a. eine Patentschrift eingereicht wird, nach welcher seit einigen Monaten in Datenbanken hätte recherchiert werden können. Unter welchen Voraussetzungen ist bei einer Patentnichtigkeitsklage eine Erfindung neu und beruht auf einer erfinderischen Tätigkeit? (Handelsgericht St. Gallen, 21.
