As regards the eight electric motors which have also been included in the Vendor's
estimated repair cost projection at USD 12.590,00 (versus a total original cost of USD
10.700,00) normally the same criteria would apply here, however as the originally
surveyed damages on these items do not justify a total loss under any circumstances
and conventional repairs and/or replacement of parts would absolutely be possible
locally, we consider the loss on these items at 25% of original values. (....)." (kläg. act.
