situation and the unsuccessful repairs carried out by the Consignees and taking into
consideration the original sound values of the items in question as well as the repair
cost estimate submitted by the Vendor's per their telefax dated January 25th, 2002 the
claim on the three damaged machines and the eight electric motors can be
