concerning the weighing scale has to be precised. This after looking at the pictures of
the scale with a scale specialist. The bending suffered in the structure was caused by
such an impact that inner parts of the scale are certainly damaged in a way that a
refurbishment is not possible; the scale should be completely replaced." (kläg. act. 21
