"(...) According to our knowledge it is not possible to refurbish the machines in Iran, as
special equipment and measuring devices are required. Our statements made
concerning the damages were based on a visual impression we obtained visiting at
Kermanshah customs the damaged machines. Further impressions we got through the
pictures taken on this occasion. If, in spite of our opinion, a refurbishment should be
done, it will require that the damaged equipment is sent back to Switzerland whenever
possible. Otherwise, a specialist for each machine should be sent to Kermanshah to
inspect them.
