C'est ainsi que par télécopie adressée le 9 novembre 2003 à Y______ et son
épouse, de même qu'à la faculté de ______ de l’Université de Genève, X______ a
affirmé ce qui suit : " We know you have sought to steal my wine, clothes and
other possessions (…). You like to stab in the back and attack from behind in not
only an "incorrect" fashion but an illegal one. (…) what place should Geneva
have in Europe if a director of the Institute lies, steals and has no honour and
tries to blackmail and extort monies (…) The conference was interesting (…)
Anyway I hope to see you at Le P______ on 12th November with the Huissier. If
you propose to seek to deny us access please advise me so IMMEDIATELY
