As part of her duties, Mrs D______ has frequently been involved in various
technical projects such as those relating to the new internal procedures and
compliance processes such as on-boarding and KYC documentation along with
the drafting of the General AML Policy & Mutation Notification & Internal
Control & AML Register, provided strategic advice and guidance to the Group
Chairman and the members of the Board, to keep them aware of developments
within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to
meet the Company’s mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant
statutory and other regulations.
