Andererseits - was von der Beschwerdeführerin gänzlich übersehen worden sei - als
Alternative ein sogenanntes "early exercise":
"Alternatively, at the election of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised in whole
or in part at any time as to Shares which have not yet vested. Vested Shares shall not
be subject to the Company's repurchase right… ."

Bedingung für diese Ausübungsvariante sei gewesen:

"As a condition to exercising this Option for unvested shares th Optionee shall execute
the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement."
