"25 % of the Shares subject to the Option shall vest twelve months after the Vesting
Commencement Date, and 1/48 of the Shares subject to the Option shall vest Each
month thereafter, subject to Optionee's continuing to be a Service Provider in such
dates."

Für die Optionen 2000 habe je ein "Stock Option Agreement - Early Exercise" mit dem
ähnlichen Vesting Schedule bestanden:
"20 % of the Shares subject to the Option shall vest twelve months after the Vesting
