Rechtsform einer Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (Polar LLC). Atlas Air Worldwide
Holdings, Inc., bezeichnet alle vier Gesellschaften kollektiv als «the Company»: «Holdings,
Atlas, Polar and Polar LLC are referred to collectively as the "Company" "we," "us" or "our"».
Somit ist Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc., als materielle Verfügungsadressatin und Polar Air
Cargo Worldwide, Inc., als formelle Verfügungsadressatin zu bezeichnen. Folglich sind die
richtigen Verfügungsadressatinnen erfasst. Ob zusätzlich Polar Air Cargo, Inc., als formelle
Verfügungsadressatin in Frage käme, ist nicht entscheidend.
