La règle de l’Etat tiers (cf. ci-dessus) : comme nous l’avons dit plus haut, cette règle
n’est pas de nature à limiter l’échange d’informations entre le SAP et le SRS mais
elle empêche bien sûr la transmission des informations obtenues sous cette condition à un Etat étranger sans l’accord exprès de l’Etat émetteur.
