Zeilen 25-27).

Auf S. 8, Zeilen 16-22 offenbart die WO 01/08686 des Weiteren:

"Thus, the particle size of the compound of structural formula (I) prior to
formulation is controlled by milling the raw compound (P) such that at
least 90% of the particles have a particle size of less than about 40
micronsP"

Die Klägerin stellt somit richtigerweise fest, dass der Gegenstand von
Anspruch 10 ebenfalls von der WO 01/08686 neuheitsschädlich getroffen
ist.
